Central Railway is recruiting 59 Group C sports quota posts (sports persons) for 2025–26. Applications were open from August 1 to August 31, 2025.
Border Security Force (BSF) has released its sports quota recruitment for 241 Constable (General Duty) Group C positions, with selection based on sporting achievements rather than written exams. Application deadline was August 20, 2025.

4. State-Level Advocacy & Age Relaxation Efforts
The Haryana Olympic Association (HOA) has urged the state government and HSSC to address the issue of vacancies unfilled for 8–10 years under sports quota, which has caused many athletes to exceed the age limit.
